Ingredients
300g chicken breast
300g red onion
300g potatoes
100g carrot
50g green pepper
50g curry pieces
15g cooking wine
30g corn oil
400 ml water

Step 1
Clean the chicken breast, freeze it in the refrigerator for half an hour, harden it, and cut it into 2cm square pieces. Wash onions, potatoes, carrots and green peppers and cut into pieces of about 2cm.
