The first time I saw the Jiesai automatic cooking pot was on Taobao. I think it’s very convenient to use this pot. Whether it’s fried, steamed, boiled or fried, it’s really a gospel for lazy people and a good helper for rookies in cooking.

Ingredients

500g streaky pork
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 shallots
4 slices of ginger
2 g salt
1 tablespoon and a half white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cooking wine

Divide the sagittal plane of the meat into two pieces, about 1 cm thick.

Cut the meat into long strips and cut it in the middle. Don't cut it.

Then cut a knife. Don't cut it. Cut it again. The meat is shaped like a field. Keep cutting like this.

Cut the onion into sections and the ginger into slices.

Add water to the Jiesai pot and bring to a boil. Add meat, cooking wine, onion and ginger. Bring to a boil and remove for standby.

Pour water out of the pot and wash it. Heat it manually. Add oil and ketchup.

Add 2 cups of water, a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of white vinegar and an appropriate amount of salt. Bring to a boil over high heat and reduce the heat for 15 minutes.

Step 9
When collecting juice, add half a spoonful of white vinegar, hook in a small amount of water starch and take it out of the pot. Plate.
