Celery with peanuts
I often smoke, drink and socialize. I just ate high blood pressure at the end of 30. Celery can reduce blood pressure. Vinegar can also soften blood vessels. In order to live a few more years, I thought of this dish. I often ate it in the Northeast when I was a child. It’s not common to come to the south. Today, I make it by remembering, so I can eat home and country flavor and eat something healthy!

Right amount of star anise
Proper amount of pepper
