1 cauliflower
1 piece of pork
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chicken essence
1 garlic sprout
1 ginger
2G braised soy sauce

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut cauliflower into palatable size and soak it in light salt water for 10 minutes.

Sliced pork, shredded ginger, sliced garlic.
