1 cauliflower
1 piece of pork
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chicken essence
1 garlic sprout
1 ginger
2G braised soy sauce

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.

Cut cauliflower into palatable size and soak it in light salt water for 10 minutes.

Sliced pork, shredded ginger, sliced garlic.

Put water in the pot to boil, add a little salt and oil, and then blanch the cauliflower in the pot.
