Cauliflower in dry pot is delicious and crisp.


400g cauliflower
150g streaky pork
Right amount of onion
Appropriate amount of garlic
Proper amount of dry pepper
1 tablespoon old godmother
Appropriate garlic leaves
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon oyster sauce


Step 1
Wash cauliflower and blanch for one minute. Remove cold water

Step 2
Less oil in the pot, add pork and stir fry

Step 3
Add sliced garlic, dried pepper, 1 tablespoon old Ganma, onion and stir fry until fragrant

Step 4
Add green and red pepper, add cauliflower and stir fry for a while

Step 5
Add salt, sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well and simmer for a while. Sprinkle some garlic leaves before coming out of the pot
