Radish soup is a traditional homemade soup dish in Northeast China. Today, a bowl of red radish soup is cooked with red radish with local materials. It tastes very good.


2 carrots
1 teaspoon oil
5g salt
2G monosodium glutamate
2G pepper powder
20G shrimp skin
Appropriate amount of coriander
Right amount of onion


Step 1
Main and auxiliary ingredients: red radish, shrimp skin, coriander, green onion

Wash the radish and shred it

Heat up the oil. Sauteed scallion

Add shredded radish and stir fry evenly

Add bone soup (or water)

Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add shrimps

Season with salt and monosodium glutamate and add coriander
