470g white gourd
8 fresh mushrooms
A shallot
Two spoonfuls of raw soy sauce
A spoonful of soy sauce
A spoonful of oyster sauce
A spoonful of sugar

Step 1
The white gourd is peeled, pulped and cut into pieces. The size is arbitrary, but the firing time is different in the future
