Ingredients

500g wax gourd
5g red pepper
25 g pepper
3 g salt
2G MSG
10g scallion
2 ml soy sauce
3 ml oyster sauce

Proper amount of water starch
Proper amount of edible oil

Directions

Step 1
Wash the wax gourd cut thick quickly, and then cut into small pieces

Pour about 1200 ml water into the pan and heat

Pour in the wax gourd and cook for 5 minutes until 7 minutes

Remember to cook for about 7 hours

Take out the boiled wax gourd and put it into a plate for later use

Oil in a hot pan. Pour in scallion, ginger and minced garlic. Saute until fragrant
