Braised Tofu with preserved vegetables
Stewed tofu with snow red is a traditional northern dish. It tastes light and has the unique fragrance of snow red~~
Ingredients
300g tofu250g mustard
3 dried peppers
Appropriate amount of green onion
Proper lard

Main ingredients: North tofu, potherb mustard, green onion, dried pepper

Rinse the snow red and cut it into coarse powder and chopped green onion

Cut the North tofu into pieces and soak it in hot water for a while.
