Braised taro with cream
I have loved taro since I was a child. Paste baked taro is a very famous Chaoshan dessert. It is a very delicious dessert during New Year’s festivals or dinner.
Ingredients
Half a big taro150g white granulated sugar
Appropriate amount of scallion
Proper boiling water

Step 1
Dice onion and taro
Step 2
Stir fry scallions until slightly charred. Pour in taro
Step 3
Stir fry the taro evenly
Step 4
Sprinkle in sugar
Step 5
Stir fry the sugar and taro evenly
Step 6
Add an appropriate amount of boiling water and mix until the sugar melts completely
Step 7
Cover and simmer until the water is almost dry
Step 8
Poke the taro with chopsticks. When the water is dry, you can start the pot. This should be eaten hot, otherwise it is easy to condense
