Braised spareribs with potatoes is a very popular home dish, and my family is no exception. It’s very popular on my dinner table. Whether it’s potatoes or ribs, the speed at which they disappear is absolutely overwhelming.

Ingredients

Proper amount of pork chop
Potatoes in moderation
Appropriate amount of salt
Proper amount of soy sauce
A little vinegar
A little rock sugar
A little star anise
A little prickly ash

Step 1
