Honey barbecued pork is a home-made dish of Guangdong people. Because I’m in Shanghai, I can’t buy authentic Cantonese barbecued pork, so I can make it by myself. It’s more healthy and delicious!


1000g pork chop
120g barbecue sauce
2 tbsp drum oil
Proper amount of ginger powder
Appropriate amount of honey


Step 1
Wash the spareribs, drain and cut them into two sections.

Take a clean container, put in the ribs and all the sauces except honey, mix well, make all the meat stick with the sauce, cover with plastic film, and refrigerate. It's best to marinate for one night, but due to the time, I only marinate for half a day this time, which is very tasty.

Pickled spareribs, neatly placed in the baking tray, baking tray pad tin foil. Turn the oven to the grill, preheat 200 degrees, and bake for 40 minutes.
