Braised spare ribs with pumpkin is the simplest delicacy. Pumpkin absorbs the soup of spareribs. It doesn’t look too sweet. It’s good for dinner.


300g spare ribs
200g pumpkin
1 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic
1 ginger
2 tbsp cooking wine
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce


Step 1
Pumpkin spareribs: Pumpkin, spareribs, garlic, ginger

Step 2
Peel the pumpkin, chop it into small pieces, slice the ginger, peel the garlic and scatter it

Step 3
Stew spare ribs in cold water, garlic, ginger and cooking wine

Step 4
Remove the boiled spareribs, rinse and drain them. Stir fry the spareribs with ginger, garlic and cooking wine in a little oil hot pot until fragrant

Step 5
Add oyster sauce and soy sauce and stir fry evenly

Step 6
Put hot water into the pot and bring the ribs to a boil

Step 7
Boil the ribs and put in the pumpkin; Turn from high fire to low fire for about 15 minutes

Step 8
Turn the heat to boil and collect the juice a little
