500g pork chop
1 carrot
1 yam
Appropriate amount of salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
10g white granulated sugar
4 cloved garlic
2 slices of ginger
A little scallion
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp cooking wine


Step 1
After boiling water, blanch the spareribs, remove and drain
