Autumn is cool and has a surprisingly good appetite. I want to eat ribs, but I can’t eat much~

Ingredients

1 plate rib
Half a Beibei pumpkin
1 star anise
4 cloves garlic
A little oil
15g soy sauce
0.5g salt
1 bowl of water

Directions

Step 1
Chop ribs into small pieces and blanch; Remove the seeds and wash half of the squash;

Step 2
Pour a little oil into the frying pan, stir a star anise and 4 cloves of garlic over low heat to stir fry the flavor;

Step 3
Stir fry spareribs over low heat;

Step 4
Stir fry until it is slightly burnt around;

Step 5
Pour 1 bowl of hot water, cover, simmer over low heat for 15 minutes;

Step 6
Pour an appropriate amount of soy sauce, a little salt, cover and stew for 5 minutes;

Step 7
Peel and slice the pumpkin;

Step 8
Spread the pumpkin pieces on the ribs without soaking in the Soup; Steam with water vapor;

Step 9
After about 5 minutes, when the pumpkin is ripe, turn it gently with a shovel so that the pumpkin can be wrapped with a layer of Soup and out of the pot.
