When making soy sauce, there are some soy beans left, and there are some chopped peppers at home, so they are used to make chopped peppers and stewed soy beans in soy sauce.


150g soybeans
2 tbsp chopped pepper
3 tbsp steamed fish and soy sauce


Step 1
Dry soybeans are selected, inferior soybeans and impurities mixed in soybeans are removed, and then soaked in water for 8 hours; Soak soybeans until they are full. Do not soak for too long. Change the water when it is hot

Soak soybeans, wash and set aside

Heat the frying pan and put the soybeans into the pan without oil

Add some chopped pepper

Step 5
Add 3 tbsp steamed fish and soy sauce

Put in some water

Step 7
Bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer until the soybeans are well done

When the soybeans are ripe, collect the juice over high heat

Turn off the fire and serve
