At home, I make delicious duck casserole rice. Duck meat with moderate saltiness is dipped into fragrant rice, and then with beautiful broccoli, it’s delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients

100g cured duck
50g sausage
1 cup of rice
Appropriate amount of broccoli
15 ml peanut oil
1 small piece of ginger

Prepare all kinds of raw materials

Clean the rice, add proper amount of water, put in a small spoonful of oil, mix well, soak for one hour

Put the cured duck leg into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat and cook for about 10 minutes
