I suddenly wanted to eat seafood. I just went to the supermarket and saw fresh shrimps. Ingredients

300g sea shrimp
1 tablespoon cooking wine
10g raw soy sauce
3 grams of soy sauce
2G refined salt
5g white granulated sugar
10g scallion
3 slices of ginger
20G corn oil

Directions

Step 1
Put the shrimp in the basin and wash it with water three times.

Step 2
Cut off the shrimp whiskers and the front small whisker legs, and pick out the shrimp intestines from the second joint of the back, so that the shrimp is very beautiful. Deal with all the shrimp.

Rinse the treated shrimp under flowing water for one minute and drain the water.

Cut onion and ginger and set aside.

Cool oil in a hot pot to burst the flavor of onion and ginger.
