Braised Prawns
For the first time, I hope more people can learn the simple and delicious prawns
Ingredients
15 Argentine red shrimpAppropriate amount (ratio 2:2:1) green onion, ginger and garlic
2 spoon: 2 spoon: 1 spoon: 1 spoon sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, cooking wine
Proper amount of salt starch peanut oil

Step 1
After thawing the Argentine red shrimp, remove the shrimp line, shrimp feet and shrimp whiskers, rinse them, control the moisture and set them aside

Wash the scallion, ginger and garlic, chop them up and set aside. The ratio of scallion, ginger and garlic is 2:2:1. This time, 15 L1 red shrimps were made. Four grains of garlic were used. The amount of scallion and ginger is twice that of garlic respectively

Juice → mix juice: sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, cooking wine, dosage and proportion (2 teaspoons: 2 teaspoons: 1 teaspoon: 1 teaspoon)
Step 4
Heat the pot, pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil, fry the red shrimp until the end of the roll, and then remove.
Step 5
Heat the pot, pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil, add chopped green onion, ginger and garlic, and saute over high heat
Step 6
Stir fry the prawns evenly over high heat for 1-2 minutes, and then cover with red sauce. Remove the lid, stir fry the red shrimp evenly, then take out the pot and put it on a plate.
