Braised prawns are my traditional dishes. They play quite stably and learn from Grandma.


12 prawns
1 tsp cooking wine
10 green onions
2G shredded ginger
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce
Proper amount of salt
2 tablespoons rotten milk

Wash prawns

Step 3
Remove the first third (eyes, whiskers and thorns), feet and tail.

Open the back and remove the shrimp line.

Loading for standby

Sauteed shredded ginger with hot oil (chili can be selected)

Step 7
Add prawns and stir fry.

Step 8
After the shrimp changes color evenly, add a little cooking wine and continue to stir fry.

Add 2 tablespoons of rotten milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, scallions and simmer for one minute.

Step 10
Add a little soy sauce and simmer for two minutes.
