Braised potatoes in brown sauce
I love potatoes.
Ingredients
5 potatoes1 pork chop
2 fruits
Four star anise
4 fragrant leaves
5 dried peppers
10 Chinese prickly ash
1 small piece of ginger
2 scallions
2 tbsp bean paste
2 spoonfuls of soy sauce
Directions
Step 1
Wash the spices, Chinese prickly ash, dried pepper and scallion and set aside. Wash the ginger and beat it with a knife
Step 2
Peel and cut potatoes
Step 3
Blanch the chopped spareribs with boiling water to change color, skim the blood foam and set aside
Step 4
Heat the oil, put the spices, Chinese prickly ash, dried pepper and ginger into the pot and saute until fragrant
Step 5
Lower ribs, 2 tbsp bean paste, 2 tbsp soy sauce, stir well
Step 6
Add potatoes, add water, if the taste is light, add a little salt and cook for 20 minutes
