Pork stewed vermicelli is a classic dish in Northeast China,


450g streaky pork
150g sweet potato vermicelli
10g rock sugar
2 star anise
1 cinnamon
3 ginger slices
2 tablespoons raw extract
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp cooking wine
A little salt

Soak the vermicelli in warm water in advance until soft

Sliced pork in boiling water

Put a little oil in the pot, add streaky pork and stir fry over low heat until it is yellowish to produce oil

Remove streaky pork, add rock sugar and stir fry over low heat until brown

Add pork, stir fry and color evenly. Add star anise, cinnamon, ginger slices, raw soy sauce, old soy sauce and cooking wine to stir fry until fragrant

Pour water into the pork, cover and boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and stew for an hour

When 1 / 3 of the water is left in the pot, add the soaked vermicelli, boil over medium and low heat until the vermicelli soften, and add a little salt to taste
