This meat is the skinless streaky meat that I disliked when I made braised meat last time, but I can’t always throw it into the refrigerator. Recently, I have to clean the refrigerator to store new year’s goods, so half of the meat occupying the place was braised and half pickled and dried. Streaky pork is fat and thin. It tastes best, but you can’t eat more for health. Adding some side dishes can not only remove greasiness, but also make eating meat healthier.
