I always like to eat a dish. I try to make it myself for the first time.

Ingredients

400g pork
Some dried plum vegetables
A little salt
2 star anise
2 dried peppers
A little sesame oil

Directions

Step 1
Add star anise, dried chilli and salt to the pork. Cook in a cold water pan for 20 minutes.

Step 2
Pickle the dried vegetables.

Step 3
The cooked meat is pierced with toothpick on the other side of the skin. The side with skin is smeared with soy sauce and fried in the pan. Fry on all sides, cool and slice.

Step 4
Put the meat at the bottom of the bowl, the dried vegetables on top, sprinkle some salt, and steam on the steamer for 1 hour. After steaming, add some sesame oil to the plate, sprinkle with scallions, you can eat.
