Braised pork with horseshoe
Some time ago, I received six bottles of combined packaging from Li Jinji. Today, I’ll try braised meat with braised juice. There are still a few horseshoes left in the refrigerator. It’s delicious and not wasted.

Peel the horseshoe and cut it into pieces

Stir fry the oil and pork a little burnt yellow. Add ginger, garlic, star anise, pepper and fragrant leaves. Stir fry together for a moment to make it fragrant
