Cantonese, barbecued pork is one of the favorite delicacies since childhood. But it seems more and more difficult to eat authentic Hong Kong honey barbecue. It’s either too sweet, too much pigment, or too hard and firewood. It’s all the flavor of seasoning


400 pork (fat and lean)
1 teaspoon barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon raw soy sauce
2 teaspoons cooking wine
3 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons rose wine
6 g salt


Step 1
Choose the fat and lean meat, wash it, put all the materials into it, stir it evenly, and marinate it in the fresh-keeping layer for more than 12 hours
