Braised pork with garlic


300g pork
500g garlic moss
Proper amount of salt
Appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate
Right amount of onion
Proper amount of ginger
Moderate old smoke
Proper blending oil
Proper amount of pepper


Step 1
Slice the pork.

Cut garlic moss into inch sections.

Step 3
Cut mushrooms into pieces.

Cut onions and ginger.
