Ingredients

1 pig elbow
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 small handful of rock sugar
1 section onion
1 ginger
2 star anise
1 cinnamon
2 dried peppers
1 / 2 tbsp soy sauce
1 fragrant leaf

Directions

Step 1
Prepare pig elbows and soak them in water for more than 2 hours

Step 2
Prepare the accessories, cut the scallion into sections and slice the ginger

Step 3
