We are no strangers to braised meat. It can be called a eloquent hard dish in Chinese cuisine!


800g streaky pork
4 eggs
1 onion
1 ginger
6 cloves garlic
50ml raw extract
80g rock sugar
6 dried peppers
2 cinnamon
6 bulks


Step 1
Braised pork should be pork with five flowers and three layers of skin

Wash and cut streaky pork with skin
