Braised meat looks greasy. In fact, the real braised meat is not greasy. I’ve been trying to make a braised meat with complete color, flavor and flavor

Ingredients

300g streaky pork
1 potato
Proper amount of salt
1 small piece of cinnamon
2 fragrant leaves
Appropriate amount of chicken essence
8-10 rock candy
Proper soy sauce
6 cloves garlic
Proper amount of ginger
3 star anise
4 dried peppers
50g peanut oil
Proper amount of water

Directions

Step 1
Prepare about six garlic, wash and slice an appropriate amount of ginger, 3-5 dried peppers, three star anises, a small piece of cinnamon, two pieces of fragrant leaves, and cut pork into uniform pieces for standby. (I forgot to buy onions. In fact, a little onion is more fragrant.)

Step 2
Wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces.

Step 3
Heat an appropriate amount of peanut oil at the bottom of the pot, smoke slightly and then put rock sugar. When the rock sugar melts and bubbles appear, put in the spare streaky pork and stir fry until brown.

Step 4
Stir fry the pork until it is burnt yellow. Pour the prepared garlic, ginger, pepper, fragrant leaves, star anise and cinnamon into it and stir fry.

Step 5
Stir fry pork and ingredients evenly, add the prepared potatoes and continue to stir fry, and let the potatoes stir fry evenly.

Step 6
Stir fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of water, just submerge it, and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes to collect the juice and put it on a plate.
