Greedy me

Ingredients

500g streaky pork
Half root scallion
Two slices of ginger
Three octagons
Half a bottle of beer
Proper amount of rock sugar
Moderate old smoke

Directions

Step 1
First boil the streaky pork in water for half an hour, forget to take pictures @ and then cut it into pieces

Step 2
Add ginger, onion and anise meat, and then stir fry with rock sugar

Step 3
Stew with beer and soy sauce until the water is dry

Step 4
Add proper salt and take out of the pot.
