Braised pork is one of the hot dishes. It is widely spread all over China. It is a famous popular dish.


450g streaky pork
35g rock sugar
1 ginger
2 fragrant leaves
1 octagonal
8 pepper granules
1 cinnamon
1 shallot
4G salt
A little black pepper
2 tbsp salad oil

2 teaspoons yellow rice wine


Step 1
Prepare the ingredients for braised meat. Here we'd better choose fat and thin three-layer meat (streaky pork)
