In our hometown in Shandong, whenever someone has a wedding to treat, there must be a big dish on the dinner table, that is, Sixi meatballs. The name is festive and the taste is delicious. When I got married that year, I was invited to my mother’s house. My parents invited a famous folk cook from all over the country to set up a big iron pot at home for a wedding banquet. At noon, when I toasted the guests next to the dining table, I tasted a mouthful of Sixi pills, which tasted great love. I’ve had it many times. It’s not greasy and delicious.
