Ingredients

500g pork stuffing
8 shrimps
A lotus root
A piece of celery
1 green onion
2 teaspoons of thirteen spices
Proper amount of lettuce
Half a steamed bread
1 egg
Proper amount of starch
1 teaspoon salt
1 piece of ginger
1 tsp sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 spoonful of soy sauce
1 teaspoon abalone juice

500g old soup

Directions

Step 1
Dice the pork, then chop the stuffing, be careful not to chop it too thin. You can cut the onion and ginger into pieces and chop them together in the meat to make them taste better. Mince the shrimp.

Put the minced pork and shrimp meat into the basin, then beat in an egg, sprinkle with salt, thirteen spices, oil, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, oyster sauce, and stir clockwise.

When there is still a small amount of soup in the pot, take out the Sixi meatballs and put them into the plate ready to be covered with lettuce.
