Braised meat with quail eggs
Since using beer to cook meat, streaky pork has become only fat and thin, which is not popular. Pork is braised in beer, without the taste of cooking wine. There is some malt flavor in beer. The pork is tender, fat but not greasy.
Ingredients
1000g streaky pork30 quail eggs
30g rock sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
250 ml beer
3 slices of ginger

Cut streaky pork into small pieces

Put streaky pork and ginger in a cold pot so that the water on the meat will not splash.

Stir fry in the pan until the oil comes out

Stir fry until slightly yellow and add half a bottle of beer

Put in two tablespoons of raw soy sauce and two tablespoons of old soy sauce. My spoon is very full. I spilled it in the pot when taking pictures.

Add quail eggs and bring to a boil
