Since using beer to cook meat, streaky pork has become only fat and thin, which is not popular. Pork is braised in beer, without the taste of cooking wine. There is some malt flavor in beer. The pork is tender, fat but not greasy.


1000g streaky pork
30 quail eggs
30g rock sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
