A kilo of streaky pork
10 quail eggs
8 plum blossoms

Directions

Step 1
Pick out the two pieces of streaky pork bought in the vegetable market, wash them evenly, boil a pot of boiling water, boil the streaky pork until the meat turns white and take it out

Fish out and cut into small pieces. The boiled meat is easy to cut into pieces. After cutting, go through the boiling water again

Wait until the meat gets out of the oil, take out the meat and leave the oil at the bottom of the pot until it is 80% hot. Throw in the rock sugar and turn it into small and medium-sized work. Melt the rock sugar slowly until it is in syrup state. Pour in the meat, color and stir fry for a few minutes. Pour in the raw cinnamon star anise leaves and stir fry together. Then pour the soaked plum and water into the pot and add water to stew with the old soy oysters
