People’s memories or memories of the past are often about food. Today, Tony recommended the best braised mutton in memory. In my memory, when I went to drink wedding wine in my childhood, what people looked forward to most was this bowl of braised mutton.

Ingredients

800g mutton
Half a bowl of soy sauce
10g rock sugar
1 ginger
1 octagonal
3 small pieces of cinnamon
4 dried peppers
Half a bowl of cooking wine
2 fragrant leaves
Appropriate amount of vegetable oil
10g shallots
10 red dates
1 bottle of beer
8g green garlic

Directions

Step 1
Clean the mutton after cutting

Add water to the pot, add ginger crushed with the back of the knife, boil the water, and then add mutton blanch water

After boiling, cook for about 5 minutes and rinse with water again

Put an appropriate amount of edible oil into the pot and add rock sugar
