Braised flounder with garlic
Flounder is a general term for many kinds of oval flat fish, such as common flounder and Paralichthys olivaceus. The flounder I use is frozen fish pieces bought in the supermarket, and the price is not expensive. I bought one out of curiosity. After firing, it tastes really good. It tastes fresh and delicious.
