braised fish in soy sauce
The fish was so big that there was no suitable plate to hold it. So I opened the fish and ate the fish head first.
Ingredients
1 carp3 tbsp peanut oil
1 onion
Half tablespoon salt
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 ginger
Half tablespoon pepper
2 red peppers
Directions
Step 1
Put oil in the pot, green onion, ginger, red pepper and pepper.
Step 2
Seasoning gives flavor, put carp.
Step 3
Turn over.
Step 4
Heat water, add soy sauce and stew over high heat.
Step 5
Reduce the heat and add salt to the juice.
Step 6
Take out the pot and serve.
