The fish was so big that there was no suitable plate to hold it. So I opened the fish and ate the fish head first.


1 carp
3 tbsp peanut oil
1 onion
Half tablespoon salt
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 ginger
Half tablespoon pepper
2 red peppers

Put oil in the pot, green onion, ginger, red pepper and pepper.

Seasoning gives flavor, put carp.

Turn over.

Heat water, add soy sauce and stew over high heat.
