Braised eggplant
Burning eggplant is a classic home cooked dish. What I have an appetite for is the picture of my friend. I want to eat it as soon as I see it, so I quickly buy it and cook it. I always forget those classic dishes and the classic eating methods, because our ingredients are always so rich!!
