I like to eat eggplant, but I’m often disappointed when I make it. Today’s braised eggplant is very simple and tastes very good.

1 eggplant
2 green peppers
10 millet peppers
3 garlic
2 shallots
Proper amount of salt

Chop the pepper, garlic and tomato.
