I like to eat eggplant, but I’m often disappointed when I make it. Today’s braised eggplant is very simple and tastes very good.


1 eggplant
2 green peppers
10 millet peppers
3 garlic
2 shallots
Proper amount of salt
Appropriate amount of chicken essence
Proper raw extract
Proper oil
1 tomato


Step 1
Chop the pepper, garlic and tomato.

Eggplant is divided into two and cut into the shape in the picture.

Deep fry until eggplant is golden. About 3-5 minutes.

Steam the fried eggplant in a steamer for 8-10 minutes

Heat the oil in a hot pot, add chili and garlic, stir fry for one minute, then add tomatoes and stir well.

Add an appropriate amount of warm water, salt, chicken essence and a small amount of raw soy sauce. When the soup can cover the bottom of the plate, pour it directly on the steamed eggplant. Finally, sprinkle an appropriate amount of scallion.
