Braised eggplant
Eggplant is rich in nutrients, including protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other nutrients. Ingredients
4 eggplant (purple skin, long)2 cloves garlic
3 shallots
2 tablespoons raw meal

4 long purple eggplants. Remove the head and tail. Wash and set aside
