A simple and easy meal


1 eggplant (round)
1 egg
1 green pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking wine
3 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons of water
Appropriate amount of edible oil
Appropriate amount of starch
Right amount of onion
Proper amount of ginger


Step 1
