150g pickled cabbage
A box of duck blood
50g dry vermicelli
Appropriate amount of vegetable oil

5g ginger
1g pepper powder

Wash and cut sauerkraut into pieces or strips, cut ginger into pieces, cut pickled peppers and pickled ginger into Ding or silk (I replaced it with pointed peppers), wash and cut scallions into sections, and cut duck blood into pieces. I don't like blanching. What I like can be boiled in an underwater pot for about 2 minutes

Cool the oil in a hot pot. The oil is 70% hot. Stir fry pickled peppers, pickled ginger and pickled cabbage to produce sour and spicy flavor. Be sure to stir fry more, so as to produce crisp flavor. Add noodles and stir fry more for a while,

Add the blood clot and stir fry it a little. Don't stir it too much. The blood clot is fragile

Add water or soup and boil it over high fire. If you like spicy food, you can add red oil at this time. It is delicious without appetizer and the color is bright. Turn to medium and low fire to cook until the noodles become soft, the pickled cabbage tastes fragrant and the soup becomes less
