There is a kind of lentil, which is used to be called “pig ear beans” in Northeast China. There is also a kind of lentil, which is longer and much larger than “pig ear beans”, so it is vividly called “donkey ear beans”.
Ingredients
500g donkey ear beans
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
5g salt
Right amount of onion

Main and auxiliary ingredients: Donkey ears, beans, oyster sauce, green onions

Heat the oil in a pot and saute the scallions
Step 4
Put beans in donkey's ears
Step 5
Stir fry repeatedly until the seedlings collapse
Step 6
Add oyster sauce
Step 7
Stir fry evenly and add an appropriate amount of water
Step 8
After boiling, cook over low heat for 5 minutes, and season with salt in the middle
Step 9
Cook until the beans in the donkey's ears are ripe, turn off the fire, take out the pot and put it on a plate
