Braised chicken with Pleurotus eryngii and bone


Half chicken (native chicken, domestic)
300g Pleurotus eryngii
30 ml peanut oil
Appropriate amount of salt
10 ml soy sauce
20G scallion
10g ginger
3G star anise
2G cinnamon
3G five spice powder
5g sugar


Step 1
Chop the stupid chicken and wash it.

Step 2
Clean the sticks and bricks.

Step 3
Wash Pleurotus eryngii and cut into hob pieces.

Step 4
Cut green onion into sections and ginger into slices.

Step 5
Heat the oil in a hot pan, add the bonsai and chicken.

Stir fry until oil comes out.

Add star anise and nutmeg and stir fry until fragrant.

Add soy sauce and stir fry until fragrant.

Add water, sugar, meijixian, wuxiangfen, salt, stir well, bring to a boil.
