Having a happy new year, I believe most of them have arrived home and are enjoying the atmosphere of the new year. Some of them are either on their way home or are ready to pack their bags and go home? Of course, hunger is no exception!


9 chicken legs
10g garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
5g salt
3 G chicken essence
1 bowl of water
20G peanut oil
10g scallion
10g ginger slices


Step 1
Cut the ginger, garlic and scallion well and set aside

Step 2
Wash the chicken leg and cut a few small holes on the chicken leg with a knife (delicious)

Step 3
Saute scallions until fragrant

Step 4
Add the washed and cut chicken legs and stir fry for a while

Step 5
Stir fry for a moment, add soy sauce, soy sauce, garlic and ginger

Step 6
Continue to stir fry over medium heat for a while until each chicken leg is evenly colored

Step 7
Add a bowl of water (the bowl is the medium-sized bowl for dinner) and cover it with a small fire for about 10 minutes. Lift the cover in the middle and turn over the chicken legs three times

Step 8
When you see that there is not much water left, you can lift the cover, add salt chicken essence and change the fire to (about three minutes)

Step 9
Collect an appropriate amount of juice (according to your own control)
