Braised carp in brown sauce
Fish is indispensable in the reunion dinner on New Year’s Eve, which means more than every year!
Ingredients
1 carpHalf a green pepper
Half a red pepper
1 small piece of ginger
1 garlic
Proper oil
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce
Proper amount of water
2 tablespoons sprinkling

Step 1
A carp, scrape off the scales, remove the internal organs and clean it

Cut a small half of green pepper and a small half of red pepper into shreds

1 small slice of ginger

Shredded garlic

Pour some oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, put the fish in the pot

Fry until golden on both sides

After frying, add the cut ginger

Add cooking wine

Add raw soy sauce
