I haven’t updated my log. I’m very busy every day. Today I sorted out the home cooked beef for the festival. It’s actually a new year’s dish in my family, but I didn’t have time to sort it out in those days. It’s delayed until now

1000g beef
1 green pepper
5g salt
20G soy sauce
2 g Sugar
20G cooking wine
5 fragrant leaves
5 Hawthorn slices
2 octagons
1 grass fruit
6 cloves garlic
20 pepper
10 slices of ginger
1 onion

Step 1
Cut the beef into large pieces, put ginger slices and cooking wine in the pot, and then boil the beef in boiling water for one minute.

Step 2
Remove and rinse.

Step 3
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the frying pan, and then saute the shallots, ginger slices and garlic slices.

Step 4
Add beef and stir fry slightly.

Step 5
Pour in cooking wine and soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Step 6
Put the grass fruit, hawthorn, star anise, pepper, fragrant leaves and cinnamon in the seasoning box.

Step 7
Add an appropriate amount of boiling water (the amount of water should be less than beef), put it into the seasoning box, boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for about 90 minutes.

Step 8
Finally, add an appropriate amount of sugar and salt to adjust the taste, turn on the fire to thicken the soup, add chopped green pepper and stir fry.

Step 9
Add cut garlic and turn off the fire.
