Braised beancurd with pork
Yuba is rich in phospholipids. It helps to remove cholesterol attached to the blood vessel wall and reduce the cholesterol content in the blood, so as to reduce blood lipids, balance blood pressure, and prevent hyperlipidemia and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
Ingredients
250g streaky pork100g beancurd
5 asparagus
Half a red pepper
2 shallots
2 slices of ginger
2 tablespoons cooking wine
2 tablespoons raw soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon corn oil
3 dried peppers

In a hot oil pan, stir fry the streaky pork until the streaky pork is oily

Add scallion, ginger, dried pepper and stir fry until fragrant
Step 4
Add cooking wine, raw and old
Step 5
Add water and sugar until the water is level with the meat
Step 6
Soak the dried beancurd for 2 hours in advance, soak it soft, wash it, cut it into sections, add it to the pot, cover it and burn it

Wash asparagus, cut into sections, wash red pepper and shred
Step 8
Cook for about 15 minutes, soak up the soup, add asparagus and red pepper

Stir fry evenly until asparagus and red pepper are cut off and out of the pot
