1 green onion
1 small piece (10g) of ginger

Step 1
After buying the shrimp, soak it in water for a while, and then deal with it.

Step 2
Between the third and fourth segments of the shrimp (that is, the joint between the upper and lower parts of the shrimp), insert the toothpick and pick it up. Press the shrimp thread and shake it gently. Pay attention to pick out the complete shrimp thread.

Step 3
Cut green onion into sections and ginger into slices.

Step 4
For the first time, bring the water to a boil, add the chopped scallion and ginger, and then add cooking wine. When the water is boiling, pour in the shrimp. Cook again until the water is boiling, add a little salt, and cook for 30 seconds.

Step 5
Mince garlic and add a little soy sauce. No salt.
